Five Women. One War. Their Words.
In Their Footsteps brings to life the oral testimonies of five women — military and civilian — who served in the Vietnam War. Using five blocks to create over 30 configurations — from helicopters to bunkers to recreation centers — the play reflects the fragmented nature of memory and survival.
A story of humanity in the midst of combat, In Their Footsteps examines the cost of existing in a warzone — and how love, friendship, and community carry people through.
A 2025 Gracie Award-winning production, In Their Footsteps premiered internationally at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, has toured Italy, Australia, and across the US. Orlando Fringe marks its Florida premiere.
